Matriculation Category Screening Test for Posts in BPS-05 to BPS-15
The Government of Sindh intends to fill vacant posts (BPS-05 to BPS-15) requiring a Matriculation qualification as per Recruitment Rules in all departments. The initial screening test will be conducted by SIBA Testing Services (STS) as per the following criteria, approved by the Provincial Cabinet on 24-12-2019:
- The cut-off percentage for passing the test shall be 40%.
- The test result shall be valid for three (03) years.
- Interviews will be conducted by the concerned Departmental Selection Committees under Rule-5 (1) of Sindh Civil Servants (Appointment, Promotion, and Transfer) Rules, 1974, as per Notification No. SORI(SGA&CD) 3-76/2019, DATED: 03-03-2020.
- The tests shall be conducted at divisional headquarters.
- Age requirements: Minimum 18 years and Maximum 30 years on the closing date of applications.

Application Process
1️⃣ Online Application: Interested candidates having Sindh domicile may apply online at:

2️⃣ Required Documents (Scanned & Uploaded):
- Last Degree (not less than Matriculation)
- CNIC, Domicile, PRC-D, Recent Photograph
- Disabled candidates must upload CNIC with a wheelchair logo issued by NADRA.
3️⃣ Application Fee:
- Rs. 1500/- (Non-refundable).
- Payable at any ABL Bank Ltd branch or via the MyABL app.
- Alternatively, use the IBL reference number for payment via internet banking of any IBL-linked bank.
4️⃣ Important Notes:
- Providing false, exaggerated, or misleading information will result in rejection and may lead to termination at any stage.
- General Age Relaxation will be applicable as per Government of Sindh rules.
- Quotas for Women, Disabled Persons, Minorities, and Transgenders will be followed as per Sindh Government rules.
- No TA/DA will be given for tests.
- Candidates who applied earlier (October 31, 2021) under the Matriculation Category do not need to reapply; their applications will be considered automatically.
- Test Date, Time & Venue will be communicated via SMS alert and updated on the STS website. Candidates must regularly check the portal/website for updates.
