Positions Available:

  1. Procurement Officer
  2. Procurement Assistant

Procurement Officer

Qualifications:

  • Education: MBA in Supply Chain Management from a reputable university.
    Certifications in Supply Chain, Procurement, or Project Management will be an added advantage.
  • Experience: 3–4 years of professional experience in procurement and maintenance. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in reputable hospitals.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Hands-on experience with ERP/Inventory software.
    • In-depth understanding of procurement cycles, vendor contracts, SLAs, AMCs, and applicable taxes on goods and services.
    • Familiarity with import and custom clearance procedures (preferred).
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication.
  • Digital Proficiency: Advanced command of MS Excel.
  • Age: Preferably under 40 years.

Procurement Assistant

Qualifications:

  • Education: Graduate, preferably B.Com, with proficiency in MS Excel, email, and internet use.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in procurement or supply chain management.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Familiarity with standard procurement procedures is a plus.
    • Adequate negotiation and correspondence skills for routine official matters.
  • Age: Preferably under 30 years.
