Punjab Thermal Power (Pvt) Ltd. (PTPL) is a company owned by the Government of Punjab, established to develop and operate a 1263 MW RLNG-based Combined Cycle Power Plant in District Jhang, which is now operational. The plant aims to generate cost-effective and reliable electricity, playing a crucial role in addressing the energy shortage crisis by maintaining high standards in construction, technology, and service delivery.

The required qualifications and experience for the positions are as follows:

1) Manager Security (01 Position)

Qualification:

• 16 years of education (Bachelor’s/Master’s degree) in Public Administration, Business Administration, Public Policy, Criminology, or Strategic Studies from local or foreign universities/institutes recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan.

Experience:

• A retired Commissioned Officer of the Pakistan Armed Forces or a retired Police Officer (BS-18) with at least 03 years of experience as a Security Officer/Manager at a project plant site post-retirement.
• Preference will be given to candidates with relevant experience in a power plant.

2) Assistant Manager (Billing & Invoicing) (01 Position)

Qualification:

• Master’s/MBA in Finance/ACCA/CA/CPA/ACMA/CFA with at least 02 years of relevant experience in billing and invoicing with Independent Power Producers (IPPs).
• OR Commerce Graduate with at least 04 years of relevant experience in billing and invoicing with IPPs.

3) Assistant Manager ERP (01 Position)

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree (04 years) in Computer Science, CA/ACCA/ACMA, or an equivalent relevant degree.

Experience:

• At least 02 years of experience in ERP implementation and deployment (especially SAP, Oracle, or equivalent).
• Experience in creating customized reports and forms using ERP-specific tools, along with knowledge of reporting best practices, will be an advantage.
