How to Apply
- Candidates must fill and submit the Online Application Form available at www.lumhs.edu.pk.
- After submission, print the completed form and send a hard copy along with the required documents via TCS courier to the following address:

- Incomplete applications or those submitted after the deadline will NOT be accepted.
- Candidates found submitting fake, forged, or fabricated documents or providing false information will be disqualified from admission. The college reserves the right to take legal action against such individuals.
- No personal visits or direct contact for admission inquiries will be entertained.
- Selected candidates must submit the original Demand Draft after admission confirmation.
- Documents under processing (e.g., Domicile, Equivalence, etc.) will NOT be accepted.
