1. Member (Strategic Planning)

Contract Tenure: 2 years (Extendable)
Salary Package: Rs. 650,000/- (All-inclusive)

• PhD in any discipline with 20 years of experience in higher education, research, or academic administration (Government or Private sector).
• At least five years of service in leadership/strategic positions and a proven record of strategic planning, program management, and governance.

2. Member (Quality Assurance)

Eligibility:

• PhD with 20 years of experience in teaching, research, or academic management.
• At least five years of leadership experience in quality assurance within higher education institutions.

3. Member (Research, Development, and Innovation)

• PhD, preferably in STEM subjects, with 20 years of experience in teaching, research, and/or academic management.
• At least five years of experience in senior academic or research leadership roles.

4. Member (Academics)

Pay Scale: BPS-22 (Regular)
No. of Post: One (Punjab Quota)
Minimum Age: 45 years
Maximum Age: 55 years
Eligibility:

• PhD with 22 years of experience in teaching, research, management, leadership, and administration (including five years in BPS-21 or equivalent).
• Strong experience in managing complex academic organizations.

5. Adviser (Global Engagement)

Pay Scale: BPS-21 (Regular)
No. of Post: One (Punjab Quota)
Minimum Age: 45 years
Maximum Age: 55 years
Eligibility:

• PhD with 18 years of experience in relevant fields at BPS-17 or higher.
• Alternative qualifications include MPhil with 20 years experience or a Master’s degree with 22 years of experience.

Applicants should apply through the appropriate channels if they are already in government service. Shortlisted candidates will be called for interviews, which can be conducted through audio or video conferencing for those residing outside the Islamabad/Rawalpindi region.
