Senior Leadership Positions:

1. Chief Information Security Officer (CISO)
   Qualification: Master’s degree in Cybersecurity or IT discipline with 10 years of experience in the field and ideally, one year of CISO experience.
2. Branch Operations Head
   Qualification: Master’s or Bachelor’s in Business Administration/Finance, with 10 years of branch operations experience, including 5 years in leadership, and proven success in managing multiple branches.
3. Regional Operations Head
   Qualification: A Master’s or Bachelor’s degree with 7 years of experience, including 2 years in a managerial role within regional branch operations.
4. Unit Head, Operational Risk
   Qualification: A Master’s degree with 7 years of experience in operations risk management, including leadership in policy development.

Mid-Level Management:

1. Area Manager (VP Level)
   Qualification: A Master’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience in branch management and team leadership.
2. Service Centre Manager (AVP Level)
   Qualification: A Master’s degree with at least 8 years of experience in administrative staff management, policy development, and ensuring compliance.
3. Core Banking Application Administrator (AVP Level)
   Qualification: A Master’s degree in Computer Science and 10 years of experience in core banking systems.
4. Branch Manager (AVP/AM Level)
   Qualification: Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of experience in branch operations, with at least one year in management.

Specialist and Support Roles:

1. AML/CFT Manager
   Qualification: Bachelor’s degree with 5–7 years of experience and deep knowledge of Anti-Money Laundering regulations.
2. Data Analyst (AM Level)
   Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, along with 3 years of relevant experience in data analysis and business intelligence tools.
3. Financial Analyst (AM Level)
   Qualification: ACCA/CA (part-qualified) or a Master’s degree in Finance/Accounting/Commerce with 3 years of professional experience in finance.
4. HR Officer (OG 3 Level)
   Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in HR with at least 1 year of experience in human resource operations.

Entry-Level and Administrative Roles:
