Eligibility Criteria
Academic Qualifications:
- A Ph.D./MPhil/MS in Education, School Administration, or Educational Leadership (preferred) or any other subject from an HEC-recognized institute with:
- At least 1st Division/2.5 CGPA/60% in the highest degree.
- B.Ed./M.Ed. (preferable).
Professional Experience:
- 8–10 years of administrative experience with reputed Matric/Inter-level schools or colleges accommodating over 800 students.
Terms and Conditions
- The position is non-transferable and will be offered on a contractual basis.
- The selected candidate will undergo an observation period of 6 months, following which the contract may be extended to 3 years, with the possibility of further annual extensions.
