Vacant Positions

1. Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

• Qualification: Member of a recognized body of Professional Accountants (e.g., CA, ACMA, ACCA, ICAEW).
• Experience:
  • At least 15 years of relevant experience, including 8 years post-qualification experience in financial management, planning, budgeting, and controls.
  • Knowledge of IFRSs, IASS, tax, and commercial regulations is essential.
  • Minimum 3 years in a senior management role, preferably in public sector organizations or infrastructure projects.
• Skills: Expertise in accounting standards, ERP systems, and PPRA rules.
• Age Limit: Up to 55 years.

2. Chief Internal Auditor (CIA)

• Qualification:
  • Member of a recognized body of Professional Accountants or certification in CIA, CFE, CICA, or a Master’s degree in Finance from an HEC-recognized institution.
• Experience:
  • Minimum 15 years in auditing, with 8 years post-qualification experience in internal audit, risk management, and compliance.
  • At least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Skills:
  • Detailed knowledge of auditing standards, risk management, and internal control systems.
  • Familiarity with PPRA rules.
• Age Limit: Up to 55 years.

3. Company Secretary

• Qualification:
  • Member of a recognized professional accountancy or company secretaries’ body. Alternatively, a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or Law from an HEC-recognized university.
• Experience:
  • Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in corporate governance and legal matters.
  • Experience as a company secretary or deputy company secretary in the public sector.
• Skills:
  • Proficiency in the Companies Act 2017, SECP regulations, and board meeting management.
• Age Limit: Up to 55 years.
