The PPHI Sindh (People’s Primary Healthcare Initiative) is offering multiple job opportunities for dynamic and motivated individuals from Sindh who have a passion for primary healthcare. Established under Section 42 of the Companies Act 2017, PPHI Sindh is working to enhance healthcare services across various districts in Sindh. The roles are available on a contract basis with various positions open in different health facilities, including District Offices, Primary Healthcare Units (BHU, RHC, THQ), and various other government-run healthcare centers.

Available Positions:

The organization is seeking candidates for the following positions:

1. Medical Officers (MBBS, MCPS, FCPS) – Health facilities in District Mirpur Khas, Sukkur, Shahdadkot, Sanghar, and other districts offer monthly salaries ranging from Rs.93,000 to Rs.239,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
2. Healthcare Administrators and Executive Program Managers – With salaries starting from Rs.145,000 and offering a range of responsibilities, from overseeing hospital operations to ensuring compliance with health programs.
3. Specialist Doctors and Surgeons – With positions such as Anesthesiologists, Radiologists (MBBS, DMRD, FCPS), and other specialists across districts like Khairpur, Sindh, Kashmore, and more, the company seeks experienced professionals for leadership roles in healthcare provision.
4. Project Managers and Officers – For those with expertise in Public Health, Epidemiology, Nutrition, and related fields, there are opportunities to manage developmental health projects across various districts like Sukkur, Tando Muhammad Khan, Shahdadkot, and many others. Required qualifications include Master’s degrees and experience in relevant sectors.
5. Nurses, Technicians, and Support Staff – Primary care units are looking to hire qualified nurses (Nursing Diploma or Bachelor’s in Nursing) with a focus on maternal and child healthcare. Positions are available with salaries ranging from Rs.37,000 to Rs.41,000.
6. Attendants and General Staff – Offering opportunities to those who are primary school pass or have specific technical skills and can work in healthcare settings in various regions like Ghotki, Sukkur, Badin, Jacobabad, Mirpur Khas, etc.
