1. Assistant Registrar (BPS-16)

• Age Limit: 18 to 40 years
• Educational Qualification:
  • BA or LLB from a Higher Education Commission (HEC)-recognized university.

2. Junior Clerk (BPS-11)

• Number of Vacancies: 1
• Age Limit: 18 to 40 years
• Educational Qualification:
  • Graduation
  • Diploma in Computer Studies
  • Typing speed of 25 words per minute in both English and Urdu.

3. Driver (BPS-4)

• Number of Vacancies: 1
• Age Limit: 18 to 40 years
• Eligibility:
  • Literate with practical knowledge.
  • Valid Public Service Vehicle (PSV) Driving License with three years of experience.

Application Process and Requirements:

1. Applications must be submitted with attested copies of the following documents:
   • National Identity Card (CNIC)
   • Relevant educational certificates
   • State resident and domicile certificates
   • Two recent passport-sized photographs
2. Applications for the post of Assistant Registrar must include a postal order worth Rs. 1,000, while applications for other positions must include a postal order worth Rs. 500, payable to the Registrar, Service Tribunal.
3. Applications must be submitted to the Registrar’s Office, Block-D, Old Secretariat, Muzaffarabad, during office hours before January 31, 2025.
4. Late or incomplete applications will not be considered.
5. Candidates must include a valid telephone number in their applications.
6. No TA/DA will be provided to applicants.
