Qualifications & Experience:
- Candidates must be a qualified Registered Nurse (RN) with an advanced degree in Nursing (preferably MSCN).
- A minimum of seven years of administrative and teaching experience in a reputable healthcare facility is required.
- The applicant must have up-to-date Nursing Council registration.
Gender:
- The position is open to both male and female applicants.
Term:
- The duration of the contract is 5 years.

- Application Process: Applications must be submitted along with a complete bio-data, academic certificates, experience certificates, domicile, two recent passport-sized photographs, a Bank Draft/Payment Order of Rs. 2,000/- in favor of the Hospital Director MTI-HMC, and a photocopy of the CNIC. These documents should reach the Office of the Secretary, Board of Governors, MTI-HMC within 15 working days of the advertisement’s publication.

- Bank Draft/Payment Order: The payment of Rs. 2,000/- can be made through a Bank Draft or Payment Order, in favor of MTI-HMC or via direct deposit into the Bank of Khyber, HMC Branch, Branch Code 0185, A/C Number #PLS 00060-00-2.
- Submission Details: Completed applications with the necessary documents can be submitted personally or through registered courier to the undersigned.
Terms and Conditions:
- The services of the selected candidate will be governed by the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Medical & Teaching Institutions Reform Act 2015 (as amended) and MIT Regulations 2022 (as amended).
- In case the applicant is an in-service or retired government employee, they must follow relevant government rules and regulations.
- Applicants already employed in the civil/government sector should apply through proper channels and provide an NOC from their relevant authority. If selected, they will be required to resign from their current government role.
- Applications must be submitted before the closing date of the advertisement. Late submissions will be rejected.
- Incomplete applications may be rejected. However, candidates can appeal the decision to the competent authority (BOG) for review, and the decision made by BOG will be final.
- Applicants may be disqualified if they have been:
- Convicted by a court of law.
- Dismissed from public service.
- Provided false information or suppressed material facts.
- Used improper means to secure support for their candidature.
- Provided forged documents or tampered with certificates.
- Original documents must be presented at the time of the interview.
- No TA/DA will be provided for the interview process.
- The Board of Governors (BOG) holds the right to cancel the advertisement or the selection process at any time and re-advertise the post.
