Teaching Opportunities at Punjab Daanish Schools and Centers of Excellence

The Punjab Daanish Schools and Centers of Excellence Authority, under the Government of Punjab, invites applications from motivated and highly qualified professionals to join their academic staff at the Centers of Excellence in D.G. Khan and Rojhan. Positions are available for both boys’ and girls’ schools on a contractual basis, with salaries aligned to the approved Daanish Schools Scale (DS Scale).

Open Positions:

Teaching Posts by Subject

1. English: Multiple positions for males and females.
2. Mathematics: Available for males and females.
3. Physics: Positions open for males and females.
4. Islamic Studies: Limited male positions.
5. Pak. Studies: Male positions available.
6. Computer Science: Limited openings for males.
7. General Science: Male positions available.
8. Fine Arts: Openings for males.
9. General/Montessori Teachers: Open to both males and females.

Eligibility Criteria

Essential Qualifications

• Education: Master’s Degree (16 years of education) in the relevant field with a minimum 2nd division or an equivalent CGPA from a Higher Education Commission (HEC)-recognized institution.

Preferred Credentials

• Additional Qualifications: Ph.D., M.Phil., or education degrees like M.Ed. or B.Ed. will carry additional merit.
• Experience: Teaching experience in reputable educational institutions is highly desirable.
• Skills: Exceptional English communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with students.

Age Limit

• Applicants must be 45 years old or younger.

Subjects and Specific Qualification Details

Each subject has tailored requirements. A few examples include:

• English: Master’s in English Language/Literature or related fields such as TEFL or TESOL.
• Mathematics: Master’s in Mathematics or equivalent qualifications.
• Physics: Master’s in Physics, aligned with the stipulated criteria.
• Computer Science: Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related disciplines.

• Posting: Selected candidates may be transferred to any Center of Excellence in Punjab.
