Registrar (Tenure Post – 3 Years)
Candidates must hold a PhD, MPhil, or equivalent degree from an HEC-recognized university with 15 years of teaching or administrative experience in BPS-17 or above. Preference will be given to candidates with at least 5 years of relevant academic administrative experience in BPS-19/18 in government organizations, universities, or autonomous bodies.
Alternatively, candidates with a Master’s, MBA, MSc, or Bachelor’s degree (16 years of education) with first-class may apply, provided they have 17 years of experience in relevant roles, with at least 5 years in BPS-19/18. Candidates must demonstrate expertise in academic administration and knowledge of university laws and regulations.
The maximum age limit is 62 years. -
Controller of Examinations (Contract – 2 Years, Extendable)
This role requires a PhD, MPhil, or equivalent degree from an HEC-recognized university with 15 years of teaching or administrative experience in BPS-17 and above, preferably with 5 years in BPS-19/18 in government organizations, universities, or autonomous bodies.
Alternatively, candidates with a Master’s, MBA, MSc, or Bachelor’s degree (16 years of education) with first-class and 17 years of experience in relevant fields, including at least 5 years in BPS-19/18, may apply. The candidate should be well-versed in university rules and examination regulations.
The maximum age limit is 62 years. -
Project Director (Contract – 2 Years, Extendable)
Candidates must possess a B.E. (Civil) in First Class or an equivalent qualification from an HEC-recognized institution and must be registered with PEC. The role requires at least 17 years of experience in engineering or project management at a BPS-17 level or above in government organizations, engineering departments, or autonomous institutions. Experience in procurement management and familiarity with SPRA, PPRA, and SSOR regulations will be considered an additional qualification.
The maximum age limit is 62 years.
