Punjab Daanish Schools & Centres of Excellence Authority Announces Teaching Opportunities

The Punjab Daanish Schools and Centres of Excellence Authority, under the Government of Punjab, is seeking applications from dynamic and committed teaching professionals to fill multiple academic staff positions at its Centres of Excellence (Boys) in Jaranwala, Nankana Sahib, and Tandlianwala. These contractual positions offer competitive salaries in accordance with the approved Daanish School (DS) pay scales.

Eligibility Criteria

Essential Qualifications

• A minimum of a Master’s degree or equivalent (16 years of education) in the relevant subject.
• A second division or equivalent CGPA (2.50/4.00 or 3.50/5.00) from a Higher Education Commission (HEC)-recognized institution.

Additional Preferences

• Candidates with Ph.D., M.Phil., M.Ed., or B.Ed. qualifications will be given additional merit.
• Strong command of English communication skills, especially for language teaching roles, is preferred.
• Prior experience in well-reputed educational institutions.
• A well-groomed personality with excellent socio-affective skills.

Application Process

1. Candidates must apply separately for each post, indicating the desired position on the envelope.
2. Applications should include:
   • Detailed resume (CV)
   • Two recent passport-size photographs
   • Attested copies of academic and experience certificates, CNIC
   • Applications must reach the respective principal by February 3, 2025, via registered post.

Selection Process

• Shortlisted candidates will undergo a written test based on academic achievements, qualifications, and teaching experience.
• Candidates qualifying the written test will proceed to demonstration and interview phases.
• Final selection will be based on cumulative merit.

General Conditions

• No TA/DA will be provided for any stage of the selection process.
• Information found false or forged at any stage will result in disqualification or termination.
• Successful candidates may be transferred to any other Centre of Excellence within Punjab.
• Selected candidates must submit medical and police clearance certificates.
• The authorities reserve the right to reject any or all applications without providing reasons.
