HIRING OF CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR LEGAL AID ASSISTANCE TO POOR AND NEEDY PEOPLE OF SINDH PROVINCE – DIVISION WISE
The Human Rights Department (HRD) intends to engage consultancy firms on a divisional basis, registered with tax authorities, for services under the Least Cost Selection Method (LCSM), as per Rule-72(1) of SPPRA Rules, 2010 for each division,
Eligibility Conditions:
Firms must fulfill the following requirements:
- Provide a copy of valid registration with NTN.
- The firm must be on the Active Taxpayer List.
- Provide a copy of Sindh Revenue Board (SRB) registration.
- Provide a copy of the Professional Tax Certificate.
- Must have valid registration with relevant professional institutions.
- The firm must have an operational and fully equipped office in the respective division for which they are submitting the proposal.
- Submit an undertaking on affidavit confirming that the firm is not blacklisted. If previously blacklisted but currently de-listed, the firm may participate.
Terms & Conditions:
- The Proposal (Technical + Financial), complete in all respects, should reach the undersigned on or before 12.03.2025.
- The envelope should be clearly marked:
“HIRING OF CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR LEGAL AID ASSISTANCE TO POOR AND NEEDY PEOPLE FOR ALL DIVISIONS OF SINDH” - The proposal must clearly mention the final price in both figures and words, in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
- Any cutting, overwriting, or corrections must be duly signed and stamped by the authorized person.
- All applicable federal, provincial, and local taxes must be considered while preparing the Financial Proposal.
- Firms providing incorrect information shall be disqualified.
- The Human Rights Department reserves the right to reject any or all proposals as per SPPRA Rules, 2010.
