Available Positions and Requirements

Pilots

1. Senior Captain
   • Qualifications:
     • Valid PCAA ATPL (A) license.
     • Valid Class-1 Medical Certificate.
     • Minimum 2,000 hours on fixed-wing aircraft, with experience on type (Cessna 208-B).
     • Accident-free flying record.
     • Proficiency in VIP operations, relief operations, casualty evacuation, and night vision flight operations.
   • Age Limit: Maximum 50 years (no relaxation).
2. Captain
   • Qualifications:
     • CPL (A) with a valid Class-1 Medical Certificate.
     • Minimum 200 hours on fixed-wing aircraft.
     • Accident-free flying record.
   • Age Limit: Maximum 30 years (no relaxation).
3. First Officer
   • Requirements align with the qualifications listed under Captain.

Technical Staff

1. Operation Manager / Quality Control Inspector
   • Qualifications:
     • PEC EPE-qualified professional engineer, preferably with an MBA.
     • 15+ years of experience, including 10 years in aviation management.
     • Expertise in ICAO Annexes (especially Annex 19), safety assessments, audits, and quality management systems.
     • Strong knowledge of Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority (PCAA) rules and procedures.
   • Age Limit: Maximum 50 years (relaxation based on qualifications).
2. Flight Dispatcher, Engine Mechanic, Electrician Mechanic, and Avionic Mechanic
   • Qualifications:
     • FA/FSC with at least 5 years of experience in the relevant trade.
     • CAA certification in the trade is preferable.
   • Age Limit: Maximum 50 years (relaxation based on qualifications).
3. Assistant Store Man / Security Officer / GSE Technician
   • Qualifications:
     • Relevant experience in aviation security, ground operations, or technical support.
     • Aviation-related certifications are advantageous.
   • Age Limit: Maximum 50 years (relaxation based on qualifications).
4. Driver / Naib Qasid
   • Qualifications:
     • Valid LTV license for drivers.
     • Mode pass (8th grade) for Naib Qasid.
