Available Positions and Requirements
SWSSC is hiring for various senior and mid-level positions with roles across finance, administration, engineering, human resources, operations, and more. The company seeks qualified individuals with diverse expertise, particularly those with experience in public sector organizations. Below are the main roles:
- Chief Financial Officer
- Qualification: Member of a recognized accounting body or Master’s degree in Finance with 10 years of relevant experience.
- Experience: Minimum five years in public sector companies or organizations with significant assets.
- Chief Internal Audit
- Qualification: Professional accounting certification or Master’s degree in finance with at least 7 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
- Company Secretary
- Qualification: Member of a professional corporate or chartered secretary body, or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or Commerce.
- Experience: At least 5 years in a similar role, with preference given to public sector experience.
- General Manager (HR & Admin)
- Qualification: Master’s degree in HR, Public Administration, or Business Administration.
- Experience: 12 years of relevant experience with a minimum of 3 years in senior management positions.
- General Manager (Operations & Monitoring)
- Qualification: Master’s degree in Environmental Sciences, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Over 12 years of experience, including senior management in operations/monitoring.
- Manager Procurement & Contracts
- Qualification: Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
- Experience: At least five years of experience in procurement in public/private organizations.
- Assistant Manager Procurement & Contracts
- Qualification: Same as above.
- Experience: Minimum three years of experience in a well-established organization.
- Procurement Assistant
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related discipline.
- Experience: At least two years of relevant procurement experience.
Other Key Roles
- Senior Manager IT, Manager Monitoring, HR Assistant Manager, IT Officers, Office Assistants, PA to CEO, Drivers, and other positions are also available.
- Positions for Monitoring Assistants, Administrative Support staff, and Supervisory roles are open, with educational qualifications ranging from graduate to post-graduate levels.
