Senior Manager Operations & Business Management
This position requires candidates up to 55 years of age holding at least a sixteen years degree in Economics, Public Administration, Development Economics or Business Economics. Higher qualifications will be preferred.
Applicants must have minimum 10 years of experience in operations and management, institutional strengthening, project development, financial oversight, monitoring and evaluation in government or donor-funded projects. Experience in public sector companies will be an added advantage.
Project Executive Silage Project
Candidates up to 60 years of age with at least sixteen years degree in Agriculture are eligible to apply. Higher academic qualifications will be preferred.
Applicants must have minimum 10 years of experience including at least 8 years in mechanized silage production, fodder management and farm operations in reputed private, multinational or semi-government organizations. Experience in public sector companies will be considered an advantage.
Manager Agriculture
Applicants up to 60 years old with sixteen years degree in Agriculture can apply. Preference will be given to candidates with higher degrees.
Minimum 5 years of experience is required in crop planning, fodder production, irrigation management, soil fertility management, mechanized farming and large-scale agricultural operations. Public sector experience will be beneficial.
Dairy Manager
Candidates up to 55 years of age holding DVM degree are eligible. Higher qualifications in Animal Breeding and Genetics or Animal Nutrition will be preferred.
Applicants must have minimum 5 years of experience in dairy herd management, reproductive management, vaccination protocols, disease control, milk production optimization and farm biosecurity in commercial or institutional farms.
Assistant Accountant
Applicants up to 40 years of age with BA or B.Com qualification can apply.
Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience in accounts and administrative matters.
