Qualification & Experience

Senior & Technical Posts (BPS-17 to BPS-19)

MS / BS in Transportation Engineering or Traffic Engineering
Experience ranging from 3 to 8 years, depending on the post

Admin & Finance Posts

Master’s degree in Public Administration / Business Administration / Project Management
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience

Office & IT Staff

Bachelor’s or HSSC with computer diploma
Typing speed of 30–40 words per minute in English & Urdu

Technical Staff

3-year Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) in Civil / Traffic / Transportation Technology

Support Staff

Middle pass or Literate, depending on the post
Valid driving license and experience required for Driver post

Age Limit

Age limit will be as per Government of Balochistan rules
Age relaxation will be admissible according to existing government policy

Salary Package

Fixed salary will be offered as approved by the competent authority
Pay package will be determined according to Terms & Conditions of Service
No claim for regularization or permanent employment
