Job Details:

• Position: Project Director (Civil Works)
• Number of Posts: 1
• Qualifications:
  Minimum of 16 years of education in relevant fields. Acceptable qualifications include:
  • B.S. (Hons) in Engineering
  • Master’s in Economics, Business/Public Administration (MBA/MPA), Public Health (MPH), Public Policy (MPP), Project Management, or other fields from HEC-recognized institutions.

  Preference will be given to candidates with professional certifications.

• Experience:
  Minimum 10 years of professional experience in project management or related fields. The candidate must have advanced knowledge of project management fundamentals, particularly regarding Pakistan’s government project planning and management processes.
  Prior work experience in Balochistan will be considered an added advantage.
• Salary: Lump sum package as per government policy for PSDP projects.
• Age Limit: Minimum 45 years, maximum 62 years at the time of appointment.

Terms and Conditions:

1. The position is offered on a contract basis for an initial term of one year.
2. The age of the candidate will be calculated on the closing date for applications.
3. Only candidates with local/domicile of Balochistan are eligible.
4. No TA/DA will be provided for test or interview.
