Job Opportunities for Retired and Civilian Personnel

A progressive public sector organization is seeking applications on a contract basis from individuals holding domiciles from Punjab, Sindh, Balochistan, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Gilgit-Baltistan, and Azad Jammu and Kashmir for the following positions. The desired qualifications and experience for each position are outlined below:

All Jobs in Islamabad

1. Security & Intelligence Positions:

• Military: Retired Non-Commissioned Officers (NCOs) from Army, Air Force, and Navy, with relevant intelligence experience.
• Veterans: Including retired personnel from the armed forces, with a minimum age of 17-22 years, and various technical and field expertise in infantry, artillery, and other corps.

2. Technical Positions:

• Technicians: Applicants should hold a minimum of Matriculation with at least 50% marks. For certain positions, a relevant diploma (e.g., Electrical, Mechanical, or HVAC technologies) and several years of work experience are required.
• Stenographers and Junior Assistants: Minimum qualification ranges from Matriculation to a Bachelor’s degree, depending on the specific role.

3. Medical and Specialized Technician Roles:

• Medical Technicians: Retired personnel from the Army, Navy, or Air Force with experience in various medical technical fields (e.g., Radiographers, Dental Hygienists, Physiotherapists).
• Dental and Physiotherapy Technicians: Experience and specific qualifications (e.g., diplomas or degrees in relevant fields) are required.

4. Drivers, Clerks, and Support Staff:

• Drivers: Candidates with an HTV/LTV driving license and a minimum of three years’ driving experience.
• Clerks and Other Administrative Staff: Applicants should have relevant educational backgrounds and administrative experience.

5. Maintenance & Services:

• Maintenance Staff: Including plumbers, electricians, carpenters, welders, and other support services personnel. Two years of experience in a related field is required.
• Sanitary Workers and Cleaners: Open to both retired military personnel and civilians, with relevant experience in sanitation work.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Retired Military Personnel: Must have completed full service, with medical category A, and a good conduct record (Exemplary for Army, Good for Air Force, Very Good for Navy).
• Civilian Candidates: Maximum age limit of 35 years.
• Candidates from Specific Sectors: Preference will be given to those with experience in the related field.

Terms of Employment:

1. Compensation: Selected candidates will be entitled to salary, medical benefits, housing allowance, technical, and other applicable allowances.
2. Location: Candidates may be posted at any location within Pakistan.
3. Duration: The positions are temporary but may continue indefinitely based on operational needs.
