Eligibility Requirements

To apply for the Cadet Pilot position, candidates must fulfill the following criteria:

• Educational Qualification: Minimum Intermediate (1st Division/B Grade) or equivalent from a recognized institution.

• Professional Qualification: Valid CPL/IR, ICAO ELP Level 4, certified by the Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) as per job requirements.

• Flying Experience: Minimum 200 flying hours.

• Maximum Age: 35 years as of the last date of application submission.

• Medical Fitness: As per CAA standards.

Vacancies & Contract Details

• Total Positions Available: 24

• Contract Duration: Two (02) years, extendable based on satisfactory performance and organizational requirements.

Selection Procedure

1. Computer-Based Test (CBT):

   • Conducted by an independent testing agency.

   • Based on an approved syllabus.

   • Results displayed immediately on the candidate’s screen after the test.

2. Further Assessment:

   • Candidates scoring 70% or higher in the CBT will proceed to a Flying Aptitude Test, Interview, and Medical examination.

3. Final Selection:

   • Only successful candidates will be notified.

   • Quotas as per provincial/regional law will be observed.

Salary & Benefits

• Stipend: Monthly stipend during training.

• Attractive Salary Package: Offered after the successful completion of training and the first productive flight.

• Training Bond: Selected candidates must sign a training bond worth USD 15,000 (or equivalent) for a period of two years post first productive flight.
