Government of Pakistan Federal Directorate of Education Announces Vacancies for Montessori Assistant (Female)

The Federal Directorate of Education (FDE), Islamabad, has announced vacancies for the position of Montessori Assistant (Female) in educational institutions across urban and rural areas of the Islamabad Capital Territory (ICT). The recruitment will be made on a regular basis.

Eligibility Criteria:

1. Academic Qualification:

   • A Bachelor’s Degree in a subject relevant to Montessori teaching.

2. Experience:

   • Minimum six (6) months of experience at the early Montessori level.
3. Age Limit:
   • 18–25 years, with an additional general relaxation of five (5) years in the upper age limit as per government rules.

4. Skills:

   • Proficiency in English and Urdu.
   • Familiarity with teaching and learning methodologies suitable for the Montessori age group.

• During the interview, candidates must bring:

  • Attested copies of their documents, verified by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) and the Inter Board Committee of Chairmen (IBCC).
