Job Opportunities for Monitoring Assistant at SIBA Testing Services (STS) – Government of Sindh

The School Education & Literacy Department (SE&LD) of the Government of Sindh, through SIBA Testing Services (STS), is inviting applications for the post of Monitoring Assistant BPS-14 in various districts. This position is based on a temporary contract, but it holds the possibility of being confirmed based on job performance.

Position Details:

• Post Name: Monitoring Assistant BPS-14
• Number of Posts: 169
• Qualification Required: A minimum of a second division graduate degree or equivalent from a recognized university/institute.
• Motorcycle License: Candidates must hold a valid motorcycle driving license.

District-based Vacancies

Age Requirements

Applicants must be between the ages of 21 and 28 years at the time of application.

How to Apply

To apply, candidates must submit their applications through the STS Portal at apply.sts.net.pk. Manual applications will not be accepted. In addition, candidates need to upload their CNIC, domicile, photographs, academic documents, and relevant certificates (e.g., motorcycle driving license). A fee of Rs. 1500 must be paid through an ABL Bank branch or via internet banking.

Eligibility and Documentation

• Domicile Requirement: Only candidates with a domicile in the concerned districts are eligible.
• Disability Candidates: Those with disabilities must provide a CNIC featuring the “Wheel Chair” logo and a disability certificate from the Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities (DEPD).
• Important Dates: The last date for submission of applications and payment of the application fee is 31st January 2025.

Additional Notes

• Test and Selection Process: After applying, candidates must attend a written test, the details of which will be communicated via SMS and email.
• Fee: Rs. 1500 is non-refundable.
• No TA/DA: The applicants will not be provided with any travel or daily allowances for the test or interview.
