Career Opportunities in Sindh School Education and Literacy Department For Early Childhood Teacher 

The Sindh School Education and Literacy Department has announced job openings through SIBA Testing Services (STS) for the position of Early Childhood Teacher (BPS-15). Applications are invited exclusively from female candidates residing permanently in Sindh, holding domicile of the relevant district. Details of the Position

• Position: Early Childhood Teacher (BPS-15)
• Number of Vacancies: 1,188 (women only)
• Eligibility Criteria:
  • A BS in Education or an Associate Degree in Education (ADE), both with at least a second division, from a Higher Education Commission (HEC)-recognized university.
  • A one-year diploma in Early Childhood Education (ECE) approved by STEDA is also acceptable.
  • Age limit: 21–28 years.

2. Required documents for upload:
   • CNIC (front and back).
   • Domicile, PRC/Form-D.
   • Recent photograph.

   • Completion certificates (exam participation proof will not be accepted).
3. Differently-abled candidates must provide certificates issued by NADRA (wheelchair logo) or the Department for Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities (DEPD). These candidates must prove fitness for teaching tasks such as reading, writing, speaking, and using blackboards.
4. Applicants can only apply for school-specific positions in their own districts, subject to the availability of vacancies listed on the Sindh School Education and Literacy Department’s official website.
5. Married women must upload CNIC, domicile, PRC (Form-D), and marriage registration certificate reflecting their post-marriage name.
6. A non-refundable application processing fee of PKR 1,500 must be paid via ABL branches, MyABL app, or any 1Bill-linked bank using the reference number.
