Open Positions and Requirements
BISP is seeking individual consultancy services for the following positions:
- Hybrid Social Protection Specialist (Design and Operations)
- Education: A 16-year degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Commerce, or Social Protection.
- Experience: A minimum of 10 years in social cash transfers, digital finance, and innovative banking systems.
- Hybrid Social Protection Specialist (Monitoring and Evaluation)
- Education: At least a 16-year degree in Management Sciences or related fields.
- Experience: Over seven years in data science, statistics, and data management. Proficiency in software tools like Excel, SPSS, and R is required.
- System Development Specialist (NSER/CCT)
- Education: A Master’s degree in IT or Computer Science with a specialization in IT Management.
- Experience: At least seven years of development experience, with expertise in C#.Net, MVC, REST APIs, cloud platforms, and database solutions.
- Lead Data Scientist
- Education: A second-class or higher university degree (16 years of education) in Computer Sciences, IT, or Engineering.
- Experience: A minimum of seven years in data analytics with expertise in databases such as MySQL and PostgreSQL. Proficiency in programming languages like JAVA is desirable.
