  • At least 3 years experience in a senior management role (HOD/BPS-20 or equivalent)

  • Experience in organizations with over 1000 employees or assets exceeding 5 billion PKR

  • HR certifications from reputable institutions will be an advantage

  • Preference given to candidates with power sector experience

Chief Information Technology Officer

  • Minimum 16 years of education in Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field

  • Master’s degree preferred

  • Degree must be recognized by HEC

  • Minimum 15 years of professional experience

  • At least 3 years in a senior leadership role

  • Experience with large-scale billing systems and enterprise software

  • Knowledge of ERP systems including HR, finance, and supply chain modules

  • Expertise in data analytics, data management, and IT governance

  • Experience in business process reengineering and change management

  • Preference for candidates with power sector experience

Chief Supply Chain Management Officer

  • Master’s degree in Management Sciences with specialization in Supply Chain Management
    OR

  • 16 years education in Electrical or Electronics Engineering with certification in Supply Chain Management

  • Professional certifications in supply chain from national or international institutions preferred

  • Minimum 15 years post-qualification experience

  • At least 3 years in senior management (HOD/BPS-20 level)

  • Experience in organizations with assets of 5 billion PKR or more

  • Knowledge of procurement systems and ERP inventory modules

  • Preference for candidates with experience in the power sector

Salary Package and Contract Duration

GEPCO offers a competitive market-based salary package based on the qualifications and experience of the selected candidate.
