Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum Qualification: Intermediate with a Diploma, Certificates, ICS, or BCS.
• Experience: At least 2 years in IT support or a similar role.
• The candidate should possess proficiency in:
  • Hardware and software troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with computer and laptop hardware.
  • A sound understanding of network protocols, including Active Directory, DNS, FTP, Email, DHCP, and Print Server protocols.
  • Expertise in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting audiovisual equipment.
  • Knowledge of remote utilities such as RDP, SSH, Zoom, MS Teams, and Anydesk is a plus.
