Indus River System Authority (IRSA) is an autonomous body established under Act No. XXII of 1992. IRSA is establishing a Telemetry Project namely “Installation of Telemetry System for Real-Time Discharge Monitoring at 27 Key Sites on Indus Basin Irrigation System (IBIS)” and WAPDA is working as executing agency. Age, Qualification, and Experience Requirements

• Senior Clerk (PPS-4):

  • Number of Posts: 1
  • Age Limit: Up to 30 years
  • Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (B.A) with skills in typing work, diary management, and dispatch. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.

• Technician (Electrical) (PPS-3):

  • Number of Posts: 1
  • Age Limit: Up to 30 years
  • Qualifications: One-year technical certification in Electrical/Electronics from a government-recognized institute, preferably with 3 years of experience. Proficiency in technical drawings, understanding of circuits, and computer literacy are essential.

• Junior Clerk (PPS-3):

  • Number of Posts: 2
  • Age Limit: Up to 30 years
  • Qualifications: Minimum Higher Secondary Certificate with skills in typing work, diary management, and dispatch. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.

• Driver (PPS-2):

  • Number of Posts: 2
  • Age Limit: Up to 35 years
  • Qualifications: Matriculation with a valid LTV license. Responsible for driving and maintaining vehicles.

• Boat Operator (PPS-1):

  • Number of Posts: 1
  • Age Limit: Up to 35 years
  • Qualifications: Literate, with the ability to operate a boat for flow measurement. Swimming skills are required.

• Naib Qasid (PPS-1):

  • Number of Posts: 2
  • Age Limit: Up to 30 years
  • Qualifications: Middle school education with duties to clean the office, files, and furniture.

• Sanitary Worker (PPS-1):

  • Number of Posts: 1
  • Age Limit: Up to 30 years
  • Qualifications: Literate, with responsibility for maintaining cleanliness.

• Security Guard (PPS-1):

  • Number of Posts: 1
  • Age Limit: Up to 35 years
  • Qualifications: Middle school education with responsibilities for providing security to installations. Preference will be given to retired Armed Forces personnel.

General Instructions:

1. The contract appointment will be made initially for a period of one year which is extendable.
2. The posts will be filled on open Merit basis.
3. IRSA is an equal opportunity employer.
4. Remuneration will be admissible as per Standard Pay Package for the Project Staff as mentioned against each post as per Finance Division (Regulation Wing) O.M. No. 4(9)R-14/2008 dated 18th April 2022 revised from time to time.
5. Initially these posts will be Lahore-based, however posting can be made anywhere in Pakistan.
6. Applicants serving in Government / Semi-Government Departments or Autonomous Bodies are required to apply through proper channel along with NOC of their respective Department. Advance Copies will not be acceptable.

8. Only short-listed candidates will be interviewed.
