Consultancy Opportunity for Construction at Islamabad Campus

ICMA has announced an Expression of Interest (EOI) for hiring a consultant for the construction of a state-of-the-art building or tower at its Islamabad Campus. The institute invites reputable firms with expertise in construction and engineering consultancy to participate in this bidding process.

Nature of Assignment

ICMA seeks to hire a consultant for managing the construction of the Faisalabad Campus. The selected consultant will oversee the project and ensure compliance with engineering and financial standards.

Tasks Required

The consultant’s primary responsibilities include:

• Supervising the construction process of the ICMA Islamabad Campus.

• Reviewing architectural drawings and Bills of Quantities (BOQ).

• Evaluating proposed designs and ensuring they align with industry standards.

• Assisting in contractor selection and reviewing bids.

• Overseeing the execution and quality of construction work.

Submission of TORs (Terms of Reference)

Interested consultants are required to submit detailed TOR documents at the ICMA Islamabad office. Submissions should be in sealed envelopes, categorized as:

• Technical Bid

• Financial Bid

Submissions that do not meet the required format or are incomplete will be rejected.

Submission Requirements

• Consultants must have their office based in Rawalpindi or Islamabad.

• The EOI document fee is PKR 10,000, which must be deposited in the specified ICMA bank account before submission.

• The TORs documents can be obtained through an email request at [email protected] before April 9, 2025.

Important Deadlines

• Submission Deadline: Wednesday, April 9, 2025, at 11:00 AM.

• TORs Opening: The submitted documents will be opened on April 9, 2025, at 12:00 PM at the ICMA Islamabad Campus in the presence of the authorized committee.

Rejection Criteria

Submissions that do not comply with Clause 33(1) of PPR, 2004, will be rejected.
