Hiring of Individual Consultants for PULSE Project by the Board of Revenue, Punjab
The Punjab Urban Land Systems Enhancement (PULSE) Project, funded by the World Bank through IDA Credit No. 7041-PK, is seeking to hire individual consultants for various roles under the Project Management Unit (PMU) in the Board of Revenue (BOR), Punjab. The project aims to enhance urban land systems and improve governance in the region. To support this, the PMU-PULSE invites qualified professionals with relevant experience to apply for consultancy positions.

The available position is for a Software Developer, with three openings. The qualifications and experience requirements for applicants are:

- Qualifications and Experience:
- A minimum of 16 years of education in GIS, Computer Science, IT, or related fields from a recognized institution.
- At least three years of post-qualification experience in spatial database design, management systems, and spatial feature representation.
The consultants will be selected in accordance with the World Bank’s guidelines for procurement, as outlined in Section VII, Paragraph 7.36 of the “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” (2020).
