Position: Project Director (BS-20)
Eligibility Criteria:
- Educational Requirements: Candidates must have a University degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering from a recognized local or foreign university with a first division.
- Experience: At least 15 years of relevant experience in the construction of high-rise projects is required.
- Skills: In-depth knowledge of construction terms, scheduling, and planning concepts. Proficiency in MS Project, Word, and Excel is essential.
- Additional Qualifications: A Certified PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is preferred, and a Professional Engineer (PE) degree recognized by PEC is required. Knowledge of Primavera and a degree in Project Management Engineering is an advantage.
Age Limit: Candidates should be no older than 60 years on the closing date for applications.
Salary Package: The salary will be based on market rates, commensurate with qualifications, experience, and abilities.
Quota: Merit-based.
