Available Positions and Requirements

1. Health and Wellbeing Officer
   • Department: Health and Safety
   • Location: Reko Diq Mine Site, Balochistan
   • Qualification: Degree/certification in health promotion, public health, psychology, or related fields
   • Experience: 5+ years in health promotion or wellness programs
   • Responsibilities: Develop and manage health and wellbeing programs to support employee wellness
2. Lifting Supervisor
   • Department: Maintenance
   • Location: Reko Diq Mine Site, Balochistan
   • Qualification: LEEA Level 1 or 2, rigging certifications; HTV license preferred
   • Experience: 5+ years in lifting and rigging operations
   • Responsibilities: Ensure safe lifting operations, develop risk assessments, and mentor team members
3. Environment Manager
   • Department: Environment
   • Location: Reko Diq Mine Site, Balochistan
   • Qualification: Degree in a related field (postgraduate preferred)
   • Experience: 10+ years in environmental management
   • Responsibilities: Oversee environmental compliance and monitoring for the mining project
4. Strategic Procurement Lead
   • Department: Supply Chain – Procurement
   • Location: Quetta
   • Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related fields (MBA preferred)
   • Experience: 7-8 years in procurement and vendor management
   • Responsibilities: Develop procurement strategies to ensure sustainability and compliance
5. Community Relations Officer
   • Department: Community
   • Location: Reko Diq Mine Site, Balochistan
   • Qualification: Bachelor’s in Gender Studies, Sociology, or related fields (Master’s preferred)
   • Experience: 3-5 years in community development and stakeholder engagement
   • Responsibilities: Promote inclusivity and manage community programs
6. Electrical Foreman
   • Department: Maintenance
   • Location: Reko Diq Mine Site, Balochistan
   • Qualification: Diploma of Associate Engineering (Power/Electronics)
   • Experience: 7-8 years in electrical maintenance in a mining environment
   • Responsibilities: Lead electrical operations, infrastructure upgrades, and ensure safety
