Vacancy Details

The Election Commission of Pakistan is hiring 20 Security Personnel. These positions are offered on a two-year contract basis, which may be extended annually depending on satisfactory performance and approval by the competent authority.

Selected candidates may be posted anywhere in the country, depending on organizational requirements.

Required Qualification and Experience

Candidates must meet the following educational and professional criteria.

Minimum Qualification

  • Matriculation or equivalent qualification from a recognized board.

Preferred Experience

Preference will be given to candidates who have experience in:

  • Law enforcement agencies

  • Armed Forces

  • Civil Armed Forces

Candidates applying from law enforcement agencies should have good standing and a clean service record.

Physical Standards

Applicants must meet the required physical standards.

For Male Candidates

  • Height: 5 feet 7 inches

  • Chest: 33 inches with 1.5 inches expansion

For Female Candidates

  • Height: 5 feet 1 inch

All candidates must be physically fit and mentally sound to perform security duties.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must also meet the following requirements.

  • Must be medically fit with sound mental health

  • Maximum age limit is 18 to 45 years

  • Must not be affiliated with any political party

  • Must not have been retired on medical grounds

Age Relaxation

Age relaxation will be granted according to the Initial Appointment to Civil Posts (Relaxation of Upper Age Limit) Rules, 1993. A general age relaxation of 5 years is applicable as per government policy.

Selection Process

The recruitment process will include multiple stages.

  3. Physical endurance test

  4. Test or interview for shortlisted candidates

Only shortlisted applicants will be called for further assessment. No TA or DA will be provided for appearing in the test or interview.
