Position: Chief Financial Officer

Number of Positions: 01
Location: Islamabad
Minimum Age Requirement: 50 years (relaxable for highly qualified and experienced individuals)
Contract Duration: 2 years (renewable based on performance)

Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • Membership in a recognized professional accounting body.
  • At least 10 years of experience in a senior-level finance role in the corporate sector.
  • Experience in the retail sector or Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) is preferred.
  • Chartered Accountants are highly encouraged to apply.

  • Analytical Skills: Strong capability in financial analysis.
  • Cash Flow Management: Ability to manage large cash flows and oversee financial planning.
  • Loan Management: Skilled in managing and structuring banking loan facilities and their repayment schedules.

  • Digital Transformation: Leading the move from manual to fully automated operations in financial management.

  • Team Development: Building and leading a high-quality financial team.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent presentation and communication skills in a professional setting.
