Vacant Positions and Eligibility Criteria:

1. Chief Financial Officer

   • Qualification: Member of a recognized professional accounting body or a master’s in finance from a university recognized by the HEC.
   • Experience: 5-10 years in finance, with sector-specific requirements based on company size.
   • Age: Up to 50 years.

2. Chief Internal Audit

   • Qualification: Chartered Accountant, Certified Internal Auditor, or master’s degree in finance.
   • Experience: At least 7 years of experience in finance/audit.
   • Age: Up to 50 years.

3. Company Secretary

   • Qualification: Chartered Accountant, certified secretary, or relevant master’s degree.
   • Experience: 5+ years in corporate governance or similar fields.
   • Age: Up to 50 years.

4. General Manager HR & Admin

   • Qualification: Master’s or Bachelor’s degree (16 years of education) in HR, Business/Public Administration, or equivalent.
   • Experience: 12+ years, including 3 years in senior management.

5. General Manager Operations & Monitoring

   • Qualification: Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Sciences, Engineering, or Urban Planning.
