Job Responsibilities

The CFO will be responsible for leading and managing the financial operations of the company, including:

• Strategic Financial Planning – Developing and implementing financial strategies for long-term growth.

• Execution & Operations – Ensuring smooth financial operations and effective execution of company policies.

• Directing & Controlling – Overseeing financial performance, budgeting, and forecasting.

Required Qualifications

Candidates applying for this position must be:

• A member of a recognized professional accounting body (CA, ACCA, CPA, etc.).

Experience Requirements

Applicants must have:

• Minimum 13 years of post-qualification experience in financial management.

• At least 5 years of experience in a senior financial management position within a large commercial or public sector organization.

• Preferably worked in the energy sector, handling assets worth PKR five billion or more.

• In-depth knowledge of accounting standards, taxation laws, compliance regulations, and commercial law.
