Position Details

• Post: Legal Advisor

• Number of Positions: 01

• Qualification & Experience:

  • Must be an Advocate of the High Court with at least five years of active legal practice before the last application date.

  • Experience in handling legal and tax-related matters.

  • Preference will be given to candidates with an LLM degree, Supreme Court enrollment, and experience with autonomous bodies.

Terms & Conditions

• The appointment will be on a part-time basis under Govt. of Punjab’s Law & Parliamentary Affairs Department guidelines.

• The retainership fee is Rs. 150,000/- (inclusive of all taxes). Additional payments will be provided for court appearances based on case type and court level.

• The selected legal advisor will be hired on a temporary part-time basis, with no entitlement to regularization.

• The maximum tenure is two years, subject to satisfactory performance.

• No additional benefits such as salary, allowances, residence, transport, staff, books, or telephone will be provided.

• Application Deadline: April 15, 2025.

• No TA/DA will be provided for the test/interview.
