Available Positions

1. Head Consumer Banking Division

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum education required is Graduation; preference for Master’s degree holders from HEC-recognized universities.

• At least 15 years of experience in Consumer/Retail Banking.

• Candidates with experience in product development in Islamic Banking will have an added advantage.

• Expertise in Shariah-Compliant Banking is highly desirable.

• Age limit as per Bank’s HR rules.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a sales growth strategy.

• Align consumer finance strategies with Shariah governance and compliance frameworks.

• Lead product teams, sales teams, and credit analysts.

• Ensure product pricing models align with profit-rate mechanisms and governance.

• Automate and digitize Islamic consumer finance processes.

• Define credit approval processes for different banking segments.

• Ensure efficient processing and submission of proposals to the Head of Retail Banking.

• Propose improvements to the credit approval process to enhance turnaround time.

Location & Remuneration

• Based at Head Office, Peshawar, reporting to Group Head Retail Banking.

• Market-based remuneration package.

2. Regional Head – Retail Banking for Central, Southern & Islamabad/Gilgit Baltistan/Hazara Regions

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduation is required; preference for Master’s degree holders from HEC-recognized institutions.

• Minimum 10 years of commercial banking experience, including 5 years as an Area Manager or equivalent.

• Preference for candidates with Islamic Banking experience.

• Age limit as per Bank’s HR rules.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise Area Managers and Branch Managers.

• Generate and manage Liability & Consumer Asset targets.

• Monitor the branch network and assign KPIs to Area Managers/Branch Managers.

• Ensure branch network efficiency and oversee business operations.

• Drive CASA deposit and consumer targets.

• Ensure compliance with risk management policies and procedures.

• Continuously improve customer service and banking processes.

Location & Remuneration

• Islamabad/Gilgit Baltistan/Hazara region: Based in Islamabad.

• Central region: Based in Lahore.

• Southern region: Based in Karachi.

• Reports to Group Head Retail Banking with a market-based remuneration package.

3. Regional Head – Corporate & Investment Banking South

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduation is required; preference for Master’s degree holders from HEC-recognized institutions.

• Minimum 10 years of commercial banking experience, including 5 years at a senior level in Corporate, Commercial, or Retail Banking.

• Age limit as per Bank’s HR rules.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

• Review and finalize credit proposals for respective regions.

• Monitor regional credit portfolios and improve portfolio quality.

• Conduct business visits and assess potential borrowers.

• Coordinate with Head Office to implement corporate banking strategies.

• Ensure continuous follow-up on targets and asset portfolio marketing efforts.

• Based in Karachi with a market-based remuneration package.
