Available Positions

1. Associate
   • No. of Positions: 4
   • Salary Package: Rs. 250,000 + 10% Annual Increment
   • Qualifications & Experience: A Master’s degree in Social Sciences, Business Management, Accounting & Finance, Economics & Public Policy, or Engineering from a recognized university is required. A strong academic record with notable achievements in both Master’s and Bachelor’s degree programs is essential. Applicants should have at least 8 years of post-qualification experience in either the private or public sector. The candidate must be target-oriented and capable of working under challenging timelines.
2. Junior Associate
   • No. of Positions: 5
   • Salary Package: Rs. 220,000 + 10% Annual Increment
   • Qualifications & Experience: A Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Business Management, Accounting & Finance, Economics & Public Policy, or Engineering from a recognized university. Applicants should have a strong academic record with measurable achievement in their Bachelor’s degree. At least 6 years of post-qualification work experience in the private or public sector is required.
3. Analyst
   • No. of Positions: 5
   • Salary Package: Rs. 125,000 + 10% Annual Increment
   • Qualifications & Experience: A Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Business Management, Engineering, Accounting & Finance, or preferably Economics & Public Policy from a recognized university. Minimum 2 years of work experience in either the private or public sector is required.

Age Limit for Initial Recruitment:

• Associate: 30-45 years
• Junior Associate: 28-40 years
• Analyst: 24-35 years

Important Instructions:

3. Incomplete applications or failure to submit via both the portal and courier will result in rejection.
4. Only post-qualification work experience will be considered; internships or training do not count as experience.
5. Applicants must submit a separate application and envelope for each position they are applying for.
6. The positions will be filled purely on a contract basis according to the Punjab Contract Policy, 2004.
