Available Positions and Eligibility Criteria

1. Registrar (BPS-20)
   • Minimum Qualification/Experience:
     A Ph.D. degree from an HEC-recognized institution, with at least 10 years of academic and administrative experience in higher education institutions, including 3 years of experience in BPS-19. OR
     MS/M.Phil or equivalent qualification from an HEC-recognized institution with a minimum of 15 years of academic or administrative experience, preferably in an academic institution, with 3 years of experience in BPS-19.
2. Treasurer (BPS-20)
   • Minimum Qualification/Experience:
     CA/ACCA with at least 7 years of experience in a government/semi-government/Autonomous organization, or an MBA/M.Com or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution by HEC, with 15 years of post-qualification experience in BPS-17 and above in the relevant field.
3. Controller of Examination (BPS-20)
   • Minimum Qualification/Experience:
     Ph.D. from an HEC-recognized institution, with at least 10 years of academic and administrative experience in a higher education institution, including 3 years in BPS-19. OR
     MS/M.Phil or equivalent degree with 15 years of academic/administrative experience, including at least 3 years in BPS-19 in an academic institution.

Other Requirements:

• Age Limit: The maximum age for all positions is 55 years.
• Contract Duration: The selected individuals will be offered a 4-year contract.
• Preference for Local Candidates: While applications are open to all Pakistani nationals, preference will be given to candidates from Balochistan.

Application Process

Interested candidates who meet the eligibility criteria can obtain the application form from the Registrar’s Office, University of Loralai, or download it from the official website: www.uoli.edu.pk. Along with the application form, candidates must submit a non-refundable processing fee of Rs. 2500 in the form of a Demand Draft/Pay Order, in favor of the University of Loralai. The application should be complete with the following documents:

• The completed application form.
• Detailed CV.
• Attested copies of all relevant certificates.
• Four recent passport-sized photographs.

Incomplete applications will be rejected.

Candidates already employed in government, semi-government, or autonomous bodies must apply through proper channels. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview, and no TA/DA will be provided.
