Job Opportunity at National Institute of Psychology – Quaid-i-Azam University, Islamabad
The National Institute of Psychology (NIP), Centre of Excellence, Quaid-i-Azam University, Islamabad, has announced a vacant position for eligible candidates on a regular basis. Pakistani nationals are invited to apply for the available position.
Position Available
The Assistant Librarian / Cataloguer (BPS-16) position is open, requiring candidates to have a Bachelor’s Degree in Natural or Social Sciences, along with a Diploma in Library Sciences. Additionally, a minimum of two years of experience in library work in a university, government, or semi-government library is required. The maximum age limit for applicants is 30 years.

Interested candidates must submit a hard copy of the application form along with complete documents, including a Pay Order, Bank Draft, or Paid Challan of Rs. 1000/- (non-refundable) in favor of the Director, National Institute of Psychology, Quaid-i-Azam University. The payment should be made at Askari Bank, QAU Branch.

Applicants currently working in government, semi-government, or autonomous bodies must apply through the proper channel and submit a No Objection Certificate (NOC).

Shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview by the Departmental Selection Committee. No TA/DA will be provided for attending the interview.

The final selection of candidates will follow the Statutes, Service Rules, and Regulations of Quaid-i-Azam University.
