- Forms can also be downloaded from the college website: www.fsccw.edu.pk and sent along with a bank deposit slip of Rs. 3000/- to A/C No. 02267900164501, HBL Warsak Colony Branch.
- Downloaded forms without bank slips (Rs. 3000/-) will not be accepted.

- Last Date for Submission (Normal Fee): 5th May 2025
- Written Test Date: 11th May 2025
(Any changes will be communicated to candidates.)
