Available Positions
PSEB is currently hiring for the following key roles:
1. Project Director (PPS-11)
Eligibility:
- Age: Maximum 62 years
- Qualification: Minimum 16 years of education in Project Management, Engineering, MBA, MPA, MBBS, MPH, or relevant fields. Master’s or diploma in Project Management is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in public sector project management, with expertise in curriculum development, workforce training, or large-scale project implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading and managing national projects
- Designing and monitoring training programs
- Collaborating with universities, industry partners, and regulatory bodies
- Implementing evaluation frameworks for large-scale training initiatives
2. Director Curriculum & M&E (PPS-10)
Eligibility:
- Age: Up to 55 years
- Qualification: 16+ years in Engineering, Microelectronics, ICT, Management, Education, or related fields. PhD or MS/MPhil is an advantage.
- Experience: Minimum 12 years post-qualification experience, including 5 years in leadership or managerial roles in curriculum development, technical education, or workforce development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Enhancing employability through structured placement programs
