The role also emphasizes fostering a sustainable team culture aligned with international standards, particularly in domestic competitions.
PCB is looking for qualified cricket coaches who will be responsible for improving team performance and developing players at the domestic and women’s cricket levels. The job will involve evaluating and augmenting individual player skills, ensuring that the players meet international standards.

About PCB:
The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) is dedicated to promoting and developing cricket across Pakistan. It controls and maintains the overall management of the game within the country.
Required Education & Experience:
- Minimum PCB Level I Accreditation or equivalent.
- Preferably, a former Test/International cricketer or first-class player.
- At least 03 years of coaching experience at appropriate levels.
- Knowledge of talent identification and development.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Projects).
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Game Planning/Strategies: Develop effective game strategies for pre/post-tournament preparation.
- Team Practices & Training: Organize and conduct individual and team training sessions and competitions.
- Fitness Monitoring: Evaluate players’ physical needs, assign appropriate exercise routines, and track fitness progress.
- Program Effectiveness: Conduct surveys to assess the effectiveness of the programs and improve performance.
Competency Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong team management and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to develop a productive relationship with team members and support staff.
