The Inspector General of Police Gilgit Baltistan has announced Constable (BS-07) vacancies in the Gilgit Baltistan Police Specialized Unit. Around 349 positions are available under open merit across Gilgit Baltistan. Eligibility Criteria for Gilgit Baltistan Police Constable Jobs

Candidates must meet the following requirements to apply for the constable posts.

Age Limit

• Minimum age: 18 years

• Maximum age: 25 years

Height Requirement

• Male candidates: Minimum 5 feet 7 inches

• Female candidates: Minimum 5 feet 2 inches

Chest Measurement (For Male Candidates Only)

• Minimum chest size: 33 inches

• Expanded chest: 34 inches

Education Requirement

• Candidates must have Matriculation (10th grade) from a recognized educational board or institution.

Domicile Requirement

• Applicants must be permanent residents of Gilgit Baltistan.

• A valid Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC) is required for verification.

Physical Test Requirements

Candidates must pass a physical fitness test.

• Male candidates:

  • Must complete 1 mile run in 6 minutes and 30 seconds

• Female candidates:

  • Must complete 1 mile run in 10 minutes

Height and chest measurements will also be checked during the physical fitness test and may be re-verified at any stage of recruitment.
