Qualification

• Minimum 16 years of education in:

  • Economics

  • Public Administration

  • Development Economics

  • Business Economics

• Higher degree in relevant disciplines will be preferred

Experience Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience in:

  • Operations and management

  • Institutional strengthening

  • Project development and appraisal

  • Financial oversight

  • Monitoring and evaluation

• Experience in government-funded and donor-funded projects

• Public sector company experience will be an added advantage

Project Executive (Silage Project)

Age Limit

Up to 60 years

Qualification

• Minimum 16 years of education in Agriculture

• Higher qualification will be preferred

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience, including:

  • At least 8 years in mechanized silage production

  • Fodder management

  • Farm operations

• Experience in reputed private, multinational, or semi-government organizations

• Public sector experience preferred

Manager (Agriculture)

Up to 60 years

Qualification

• Minimum 16 years of education in Agriculture

• Higher degree preferred

Experience Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in:

  • Crop planning

  • Fodder production

  • Irrigation management

  • Mechanized farming

  • Soil fertility management

  • Large-scale agricultural operations

• Public sector company experience is an advantage

Dairy Manager

Age Limit

Up to 55 years

Qualification

• DVM (Doctor of Veterinary Medicine)

• Higher degree in:

  • Animal Breeding & Genetics

  • Animal Nutrition (preferred)

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in:

  • Dairy herd management

  • Reproductive management

  • Vaccination protocols

  • Disease control

  • Milk production optimization

  • Farm biosecurity

• Experience in large commercial or institutional farms

• Public sector experience preferred

Assistant Accountant

Age Limit

Up to 40 years

Qualification

• BA or B.Com

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in:

  • Accounts management

  • Administrative matters
