About Planning and Development Department (P&DD) Sindh

The Planning and Development Department, Government of Sindh is responsible for:

• Policy planning and development strategy in Sindh

• Managing foreign assistance through relevant ministries

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree (minimum 16 years of education) in:

  • IT

  • Software Engineering

• Minimum 2.5 CGPA or Second Division from an HEC-recognized university

• Maximum age: 35 years

Experience

• 2–3 years of experience in enterprise web application development

• Preference for candidates with experience in government or large-scale systems

Technical Skills

• C#, .NET Core, .NET 6/8

• ASP.NET MVC / Web API

• RESTful APIs

• Angular, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3

• React.js

• Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)

2. Network Administrator – 01 Post

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree (minimum 16 years of education) in:

  • IT

  • Network Engineering

  • Telecommunications

  • Computer Systems

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
