PMIU PESRP Jobs 2026 – Complete Details

PMIU invites applications from eligible and experienced individuals for the following positions:

Manager (Implementation & Coordination)

Required Qualification:

• At least Master’s Degree (16 Years of Education) in:

  • Development Studies

  • Social Sciences

  • Public/Business Administration

  • Education Management

  • Management Information System

  • Project Management

• Degree must be recognized by HEC Pakistan

• Higher qualification preferred

Required Experience:

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in public/private sector

• Experience in large-scale government/donor-funded projects (Education preferred)

• Expertise in annual work plans, proposals, concept notes & progress reports

Manager (Strategy & Planning)

Qualification:

• Minimum 16 Years of Education in:

  • Management Sciences

  • Social Sciences

  • Public Policy

  • Public/Business Administration

• HEC recognized degree

Experience:

• At least 7 years relevant experience

• Donor-funded project experience preferred

• Strong planning, reporting & team-building skills

• Experience in annual work planning & government procedures

Finance & Accounts Officer

Qualification:

• 16 Years Education in:

  • Finance

  • Accounts

  • CA / ACCA / CIMA

  • Business Administration (Finance)

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years experience

• At least 2 years in public sector

• Donor organization experience preferred

Associates (02 Positions)

Qualification:

• 16 Years Education in:

  • Social Sciences

  • Business Management

  • Commerce

• HEC recognized degree

Experience:

• Minimum 3 years experience

• Preference for donor-funded education projects

Assistants (02 Positions)

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree in:

  • Finance/Accounts

  • Social Sciences

  • Pure Science

  • Business/Public Administration

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years relevant experience

• Donor-funded project experience preferred
